A precursor to the home, the lobby is designed as an extension of the apartment. The wonderfully detailed patterned cement tiles were off-set by the more sedate marble cladding on the lift wall. To minimize the heaviness of stone, the other walls were kept simple with either moulding or wall texture accents. Furniture and lighting are placed strategically to enhance the ambiance and sense an instant welcome.
