The apartments were handed over as a shell with every finishing aspect to be completed. The idea was to design the two apartments which could house the Client temporarily and at a later date to be given out on lease. Each apartments carried forth a specific theme with a warm & comfortable colour palette for 16th floor and a cooler & a more stark colour palette for the lower floor. The toilets and kitchen with the finishes and sanitaryware were entirely executed. While the other areas like the Living, balconies and bedrooms only flooring, doors and false ceiling works were undertaken.
